Toţi grangurii ăştia mari, anchetaţi de DNA şi condamnaţi, urlă că DNA-ul şi LCK au făcut abuzuri, că ei sărmanii sunt nevinovaţi şi fără de prihană. Toţi împroaşcă cu venin DNA-ul, omiţînd că de fapt au fost găsiţi vinovaţi de justiţia din Romania, conform procedurilor legale, avănd apărători platiţi cu bani grei, şi care nu au putut demonstra nevinovăţia. Căţi dintre ei au apelat la CEDO? Dacă au fost nedreptăţiţi de justiţia din România aveau libertatea de a se adresa acestei instituţii europene. Avocaţii ăia bine plătiţi (care nu au putut demonstra nevinovăţia) nu au auzit de ea? Pentru asta a fost creată Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului – să protejeze drepturile şi libertăţile fundamentale.
Dintre cei condamnaţi pentru corupţie, niciunul nu a reuşit să demonstreze la CEDO că dosarul intocmit de DNA şi/sau hotarârea judecătorească a/au fost viciat/e.
